MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Our maintenance services are offered all year round but must be rendered weekly during the growing season which is April 1 through October 1, no exceptions. 

Year Round Maintenance Contracts

Our year round maintenance contract can include mowing, edging, weeding the beds, trimming the bushes, removing any growth through the cracks in the concrete, blowing off all decks and porches,  and winter leaf clean ups for the same price each month.

There are two options for our year round maintenance contract:

  • 36 visits which is weekly April 1- October 31 and approximately 2 times per month November 1 - April 1; or
  • 44 visits which is weekly April 1- December 31 and approximately 2 times per month January - March. 44 visits will keep the leaves up weekly until January 1. (Please keep in mind 36 visits will not provide weekly visits during the holiday season.)

If you overseed with rye grass there will be 46 visits total, which is weekly March - December 31; and approximately 2 times per month January & February.

Additional Services

    Fertilization Program (no rye grass) - Our fertilization program provides fertilization of all lawn areas 2 times a year, applicationof weed/feed once a year in the early Spring, application of pre-emergent and selective herbicides twice a year to control weeds, and an application of insecticides once annually to insure a healthy lawn. Applications are priced based upon the size of your yard.
    Overseeding with Rye Grass - Price determined by the size of your yard.
    Gutter Cleaning - Charged at a an hourly rate.
    Pruning any Crape Myrtles- Charged at an hourly rate.
    Aeration of Lawn - Prices determined by the size of your yard.
    Fungicide Applications - Prices determined by the size of your yard.
    Clean outs - include mowing, edging, cleaning out the beds and trimming the bushes, and cutting back (but not removing) all dead plants and bushes and are charged at an hourly rate.
    Weeding beds and trimming bushes - Charged at an hourly rate.
    Topdressing lawn with soil/compost.

Mow Day/Time/Rain/Holidays

KB Landscape’s crews and office staff work Monday through Friday. Our crews are in in certain areas on certain days, so you will be assigned a specific mow day. The crew follows the same route every week, so you will notice they arrive about the same time each week. However, as we add customers, it may change, so we can not guarentee a time of day. If it is a holiday or it rains on your designated mowing day, our crews will be there the following day.
